Step 01

Which parish is this?

This helps us label your computer correctly in the support system.

Parish name Enter the full name of the parish (or “DPC — Your Name” for staff at the Pastoral Centre).

Step 02

Open Command Prompt as Administrator

Press the Windows key on your keyboard.
Type cmd
You'll see Command Prompt in the search results — right-click it and choose "Run as administrator".
If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" — click Yes.

A black window will open. That's the right place — leave it open and move to step 03.

Step 03

Copy and paste this command

Click the Copy button, then in the black Command Prompt window right-click once to paste, then press Enter.

Enter your details above to generate the command.

Heads up: the command will run for about 30 seconds. The window may look quiet — that's normal. When it finishes, your browser will open a page confirming the install is complete.
